Plain language. Last updated: November 7, 2026. "We" means WonderYard Studios, LLC, doing business as Steady Post Studio. "You" means the business that buys a package.
A monthly package or a one time add on, exactly as listed on the packages page on the day you buy. Each month includes the posts, videos and platforms in your package, one approval link and two rounds of changes.
Packages are billed monthly by card through Stripe, starting on the day you check out. Month to month. No setup fee and no minimum term. Founding client prices are kept for 12 months from your first payment while your plan stays active.
Cancel any time from the billing link in any receipt or at your billing page. Your plan ends at the end of the month you have paid for. Posts already approved for that month still go out unless you ask us to stop.
If you have not approved any posts in your first month, we refund that month in full on request. Once you approve posts for a month, that month is final. One time add ons are refundable until we deliver the first draft.
Nothing goes live until you approve it. If you do not answer an approval link, we send one reminder after 5 days. After 7 days we may post only evergreen posts from that month: posts with no prices, offers, dates or claims. Everything else waits for you.
You confirm you have the right to use the logos, photos, clips, music and words you send us, and that any people shown in your photos agreed to be shown. You are responsible for the facts in your posts, such as prices, hours, offers, licenses and health or service claims. We write only what you tell us is true, and you approve every post.
You own your social, Google and ad accounts. We never ask for passwords. You give us partner or manager access and can remove it at any time. Ad spend is always paid by you directly to the platform, never through us.
We use modern design and AI tools to work fast. A person plans your month and checks every post and video before you see it. If you choose "only my real photos" on the form, we do not use AI made images in your work. We do not make fake customers, staff, reviews or results.
Once your month is paid, you may use everything we deliver for your business, on any platform, for as long as you like. Parts made with AI tools may not be protected by copyright, so we cannot promise you the right to stop others from copying those parts. Stock, fonts and music we license stay under their own licenses, which let you use them in the posts we made. We may show your posts in our own samples only if you say yes in writing.
Free samples: free sample posts carry a watermark and stay ours until you buy a package. When you do, your first month includes clean versions you may use like any other work we deliver.
We work hard to make posts that get seen, but we cannot promise followers, sales, bookings or any number. Platforms change their rules and reach without notice.
If something goes wrong, the most we owe you is what you paid us in the last month. We are not responsible for platform outages, account bans caused by your own content or claims, or losses from posts you approved.
We work by form and email only and answer within one business day (Monday to Friday, US holidays excepted). We may pause work if a payment fails, and we will tell you by email first.
We will email you at least 30 days before any change that affects your price or package.
