Give us access. Keep your passwords.

We post for you through the official "partner" and "manager" access that Facebook, Instagram and Google built for agencies. You stay the owner of every account, you never share a password, and you can remove us in two clicks any time. Each takes about 5 minutes. Stuck? Reply to any email and we will walk you through it.

You will need: our Meta partner ID (in your welcome email) and our Google email hello@steadypoststudio.com.

1. Facebook and Instagram (Meta)

Done on a computer at business.facebook.com. If you have never used Meta Business Suite, it makes a free "business portfolio" for you the first time you log in.

Open your settings
Go to business.facebook.com, sign in, then click Settings (the gear) and open Business settings.

Check your accounts are in
Under Accounts, make sure your Facebook Page and your Instagram account are listed. If not, click Add and add them first.

Add us as a partner
Under Users, open Partners, click Add, then choose Give a partner access to your assets.

Paste our partner ID
Paste the Meta partner ID from your welcome email. It should show Steady Post Studio.

Pick what we can do
Select your Page and Instagram account. Turn on Content, Messages (so we can see comments on our posts) and Insights. You do not need to give us full control.

Save and tell us
Click Save or Send. Reply "done" to our email and we take it from there.

Meta changes its menus from time to time. If a button has a slightly different name, look for "Partners" in Business settings.

2. Google Business Profile

Only an owner of the profile can do this. Works on a computer or in the Google Maps app.

Find your profile
Search your business name on Google while signed in, or open business.google.com.

Open people settings
Click the three dot Menu, then Business Profile settings, then People and access.

Invite us as Manager
Click Add, type hello@steadypoststudio.com, choose Manager (not Owner) and click Invite.

That's it
We accept the invite on our side. Managers can post updates and photos and reply to reviews. We can never remove you or delete your profile.

3. TikTok and YouTube

These two do not offer partner access for posting. Pick whichever is easier for you:

Connect our scheduler: we send you a secure link from our posting tool. You log in to TikTok or YouTube on their own page and click Allow. We never see your password.
Post it yourself: download the videos from your month page and post them with our captions and suggested times. About 2 minutes a post.

Removing us

Meta: Business settings, Partners, click Steady Post Studio, Remove. Google: Business Profile settings, People and access, click our name, Remove. Your accounts, posts and followers stay exactly as they are.
